• You may use our website for lawful purposes only.

• Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase. A contract is formed when we accept your order and send you a confirmation email.
• We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders (e.g., due to stock unavailability, pricing errors, or suspected fraud).

• Prices are listed in EUR (euro) and include VAT where applicable, unless stated otherwise.
• Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and added to your total.
• We accept payments via PayPal, Klarna, iDEAL, and creditcard. Payment must be completed before shipment.
• In case of a pricing error, we will notify you and offer the option to proceed or cancel your order.

• We ship directly from our suppliers worldwide. Delivery times vary by product and size (see our Shipping Policy for details).
• Orders placed between 8:00 AM and 10:00 PM (CET) are dispatched the same day. Estimated delivery times are not guaranteed and may be affected by external factors (e.g., customs delays).
• Risk of loss or damage transfers to you upon delivery.

• Under EU consumer law, you have a 14-day right of withdrawal starting from the day you receive your order. To exercise this right, notify us at kyroza@info.com within 14 days.
• Returned items must be unused, in original packaging, and in the same condition as received. You bear the cost of return shipping unless the product is defective.
• Refunds will be processed within 14 days of receiving the returned item, via the original payment method.
• Faulty or incorrect items are eligible for a full refund or replacement, including return shipping costs.

• Products are covered by the legal warranty of conformity under EU law. This means they must match the description and be fit for purpose.
• If a product is defective, contact us at kyroza@info.com within a reasonable time (typically 2 years from delivery, per Dutch law) for repair, replacement, or refund.

• To the extent permitted by law, Kyroza is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our site or products.
• Our total liability is limited to the purchase price of the product(s) in question.
• Nothing in these terms excludes liability for death, personal injury, fraud, or other rights you have under EU consumer law.
